1 lb. of fresh, never-refrigerated mozzarella with incredible flavor & texture from Villa Italian Specialties. (Begins and ends with basic share)—$12/week

Assorted Local/Regional Cheeses
Each week, members will receive one piece of cheese (either cow, goat, or sheep cheese) including cheeses from Mecox Bay Dairy in Bridgehampton and other local and regional cheese producers. —$18/wk

Bread Share
One loaf of bread from bakers such Blue Duck Bakery, Eli’s Breads, or a local bakery. Options may include focaccia, baguettes, specialty loaves/rolls, etc. — $9/wk

Organic Grass Fed Beef Share (Acabonac Farms)
A generous showing of Organic Grass Fed Beef. This generous share comes fresh-frozen in 4 installments that you’ll receive alongside the rest of your share on the following weeks: 1 (5/22/25), 5 (6/19/25), 10 (7/24/25), and 14 (8/21/25). Each pickup will contain a mixture of premium steaks, burger patties, ground beef, and other cuts (ex. 2 pcs-NY Strip, 2 pcs-Ribeye Steak, 2-1lb packages ground beef, 2-2pc burger patty pack).
