Jersey Mac Apples are crisp, juicy and sweet/tart, similar in flavor to the McIntosh. These apples are medium-sized and red in color with yellow/green splashes. They are good for fresh eating, pies and applesauce.

These apples are best suited for fresh eating and good for making into sauce.

Our apples are from either Briermere Farms in Riverhead or the Milk Pail in Water Mill.
