Bosc Pears are the quintessential pear shape, having a long curved stem and an elongated neck that gradually ends in a rounded bottom. Bosc Pears have a golden russet-colored skin and creamy, off-white flesh that is tender yet crisp, dense and juicy.  They have a pleasantly sweet flavor with hints of fall spices and an intense honeyed aroma.

Our pears are from either Briermere Farms in Riverhead or the Milk Pail in Water Mill.
