Rye Flour

Balsam Farms’ very own naturally-grown rye flour! Rye flour contains more dietary fiber than whole-grain wheat flour, and contains very little gluten. It adds a slight nutty flavor to baked goods, and retains more moisture than wheat, which helps baked goods stay fresh longer.
