Zestar Apples

Zestar Apples have smooth and shiny, yellow-green skin with contrasting patches of light orange and red striations, giving the fruit a rosy blush. The bright white and creamy flesh is juicy and crisp, and there are a few small dark brown seeds encased in the central fibrous core. Zestar Apples have a sweet-tart taste with notes of brown sugar.

These apples are best suited for both raw and cooked applications, such as baking or roasting.

Our apples are from either Briermere Farms in Riverhead or the Milk Pail in Water Mill.
